I am a Docent and Associate Professor in Human-Computer Interaction and Information Seeking at the Department of Computer and Systems Sciences (DSV), Stockholm University.
I am also the Director of Internationalization of Research and Higher Education at DSV.
I am a Visiting Professor at the Aoyama Gakuin University in Tokyo, Japan, and a Visiting Professor at Peking University. I am also an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
I have authored more than 200 academic peer-reviewed articles in international journals and conferences and I have served in different Chair positions at 15 international conferences such as ACM, ACM/IEEE, and iConference. I serve as the editorial board member: of ACM Responsible Computing (ARC), the International Journal of Information and Learning Sciences, and the International Journal of Data and Information Management (DIM).
